A mental health computer game for adults with intellectual disabilities which has been available to qualified therapists in HSE. The game itself is a 7 week programme that these adults will complete and work through with a therapist. The game is adapted CBT and mindfulness.
All voiceovers were performed and recorded by actors in the Blue Diamond Drama Academy, and their avatars were based on their physical appearance.
There are two parts to the game
1. Mindful Island
2. Feel Good Island
